Geo for Good 2022: Dynamic World Keynote

Understanding how land is being used on Earth is fundamental to addressing interconnected issues now facing us: climate change, food insecurity and loss of biodiversity. But our understanding of the planet’s usage has long been limited. In 2022, in partnership with the World Resources Institute, Google announced Dynamic World, a continuously updating, free and open 10m resolution dataset of land use and land cover for every part of our planet. We'll dive in to the data from research to the real-world applications.
