Was Recall invented so employers could track work from home employees, get ai analytics on them and be able to go back and skim through what they were doing?

#1 not buying a new computer just for ai, make it something I can download.
#2 I should be able to stop it from being active or have the option to uninstall it..
#3 it should in no way have any outgoing operations behind the scenes....

The only thing I really care about is the fact that the AI can see and understand what you're doing on the screen. Because if it can do that, it has the capability to fully use a computer independently. all it needs is the ability to control the mouse and keyboard and it should be able to use a computer, and learn any program.
