Look at swarms as being your team. This means, you need one for writing documents, one or more for dev. one or more for QA, some team leads, and project manager. Run it exactly like its a human team. Have it do estimations, standups, etc etc. Do it as test driven development.

To me this says its getting really close to where I can standup a AI system to write me a decent vector based space shooter with deep crafting, exploration, etc. Now if this comes out before my cancer gets me I could have some fun!

I’ve been prompt engineering software with just GPT 4 and Gemini for a while. It still takes a human vision to be honest. However we shouldn’t be scared of things like this. It just means we can make better software quicker. Allowing people to become independent developers and make more money rather then having a large team.

In my estimation, Openai is not in a rush to release model updates because a) products like Devin, autogen, autodev, chatdev etc aren't their competitors, they are built on Openai's models anyway. b) Their main competitors like Google, with Gemini, and Anthropic with Claude, have models which are better than GPT4, but the difference isn't the kind to make GPT4 completely useless. There nuances, which have GPT4 being better in certain cases, and Gemini and Claude being better in others. c) GPT5 is in training, GPT4 has already had uptdates (GPT4 turbo). d) LLMs are not the main destination. And the race for bigger "better" LLMs is futile. Embodied AI and Agents are the next evolution. And OpenAI has been making moves in embodied AI. This is an interesting space to watch and videos like this just make my day.
