We should hold Church leaders accountable for their actions. But we as believers have the responsibility not to place Pastors on a high pedestal remembering these are servants of God who are human and have the potential for falling like everyone else. We should constantly keep our pastors and church leaders in prayer because we don’t know what they maybe struggling or dealing with. Repentance is required by everyone. Including Pastors, Evangelist, Bishops, Apostles, Prophets, Overseers, no matter what position or title they have. We have all come short of the glory of God.

These are feel-good churches that run on motivational speeches and "feel the music dude" atmosphere. They don't correct or rebuke and rarely ever teach something that goes beyond the milk of the Word. They cannot handle the meat and always end up in these issues because they lack discernment and choose who to hire based on titles and deeds alone. Or if you gave a large tithe. If you helped out for 2 years and cleaned restrooms at the church and gave to the poor, they will qualify you for a position in leadership. Not all of us are meant for leadership. They don't stay on scripture and tend to make scripture bend to their will.

As I listened to the story, all I was waiting to hear was that, the church leaders IMMEDIATELY called the police. Both of these men made DECISIONS, that’s what adults do, we do not make mistakes.
