Perfect Pushup Elite Review - Best Home Pushup Bars to Build a Bigger Chest

The Perfect Pushup Elite is a fantastic surprise. While I was not a big fan of the original Perfect Pushup, the new version has been nothing but exceptional.

Pretty much everything I hated about the first one was corrected in the Elite version. Because of this, I have added it to my home workout equipment.

It's not too often that something new gets added into my collection these days, but the Perfect Pushup Elite made the cut. That makes 3 pieces of equipment I now own and use by the company Perfect Fitness.

Ive been using them since 2010 i just started doing them weighted to regain my mind body muscle connection with my chest they hit the sweet spot everytime theres nothing like it on the market.

Wrist pain had prevented me from doing pushups, mountain climbers, burpees, etc as part of my workout routine. Using these I can do it all (well, my wrist pain is no longer the limiting factor). Bonus for the padded grips.

Just got these. I love them. I was doing lots of push-ups and it started to cause my left wrist some pain. Now, I can do push-ups again without irritation. The neutral wrist position alone is very good.

For most people, not being able to get that "deep" range of motion is actually a good thing, as there really isn't much benefit in going lower than the floor and doing so may aggravate or possibly lead to shoulder issues...

I bought the pushup elite and the ab carver pro and pull up bar and love this for my home gym

They helped me a lot after my wrist surgery and recovering from atrophy. I still prefer to use them honestly because I have gotten use to keeping my wrist straight afterwards (personal preference).

I've been using these things since 2010 when they first came out. I've got the older ones though. Great for strength and fitness

To remove one of the "cons" against these, ..simply add a 1 - 2" thick piece of wood under each one and now you can go that much deeper in your pushup. Done.

I have the entire set of Perfect Fitness gear, the Ab wheel, 2 sets of the Original pushup handles, the pull up handles and the pushup handle mobile units. I've had them all for more than 12 years. I travel all of the time and travel with the mobile unit, the pull up handles and the Ab wheel. I've never tried L-Sits with originals. Will try that next time I'm home.

The exercise you're doing at about 2:43 is for the obliques, right? Or does it mainly target a different muscle group?

Thanks, I love this review. I've been using the old version of the perfect push up for years, now it's time to upgrade to this one. I like working out using minimal equipment as possible and getting good results at the same time...and you're looking good as well in 2019 💪👍

When ever i do a regular push up i get a shooting pain up my arm will this save me from that

I got these. Kind of difficult to use for certain exercises at first but once you get used to em they're awesome. I'd imagine they're easier to use for a shorter dude. I'm pretty strong but i'm tall and have really long arms. Was very awkward at first, lol. Btw, I have 2 plates and 9 screws in my right wrist. These are a lifesaver for me. Regular pushups are almost impossible for me considering my range of motion in that wrist.
