Perfect Pushup Elite, Worth the Money? Honest Review

I bought the Perfect Fitness Perfect Pushup Elites a few years ago, but I only started using them recently during quarantine. I've had to do home workouts since my gym has been closed for the last few months.

My feelings with them are mixed, but I could honestly live without them. They won't magically give you gains overnight!

One thing though, I absolutely love the build of the Perfect Pushup. It's extremely durable and I have full confidence that it won't break when doing weighted push ups. The grip is also impeccable! I haven't had a single issue with them at all.

However, if you're penny-pinching, I'd suggest you spend your money elsewhere. There are other push up bars cheaper than this!

When it comes to fitness and health ANYTHING THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO CONSISTENTLY USE IS WORTH IT. So if this makes you want to come back and do push-ups and helps you get fit. $30.00 is nothing. Otherwise they will end up at a garage sale or Goodwill. Try there. :)

Question about the pushups on the bowflex adjustable dumbbells. Would that not damage any of the pieces of the dumbbells? I just know that with all those moving parts I've been afraid to do renegade rows or supported pushups or even gripping them by the inside of the plate for Goblet squats. Anyone have any experience with these exercises with the bowflex?

Solid review man, I will most likely use hexagon dumbbells for high volume push-ups, because I don’t think the rotation is efficient, in comparison to a stable bar or stable hex dumbbell?
