How to use a DC Power Supply | Basic Electronics

In this video we will be going back to the basics. Working with a lab bench power supply is essential to working with electronics so it's important to understand how to use one properly. As always, let me know down in the comments what I got wrong.

Thanks! I had some issues with a hydrogen generator I was powering with one of these, and I suspected it was because of ohms law but people were telling me otherwise. Now I know!

Just got one today and love this thing so far. I do I lot of car mods, stereos, servos etc. I don't know why I didn't invest in one of these sooner!

Thanks! I was wondering why/how its able to adjust both Voltage and Amps, knowing Ohm's Law. But I understand now that its the max limiter.

Yes, an output channel button IS a standard feature. It's only missing from bottom of the barrel chinesium trash, which are know to spontaneously combust from various failed components like bad dipped caps. DO NOT use them indoors or for charging batteries or anything unattended.

Is the "Tacklife" dc power supply you are using a good deal? Looking at other brands but don't want a cheap box! Thanks I look at equipment as an investment, & it's not worth buying a power supply that won't last, isn't reliable, not real accurate...plus I subbed 🤓
