The PS5 on your left was set to "Resolution Mode" for 60fps (frames per second) output, while the PS5 on your right was set to "Performance Mode" for 120 fps output with compatible games.

Conclusion: 120fps = the mode where you turn down game graphics detail to increase frame rate. I prefer the detail.

120 FPS: for online shooters
60fps: offline games, compains and single player

60fps is perfect for most games. 120fps is meant for competitive games where input lag/responsivenes really matters such as online multiplayer with fast paced movement...

#Team120fps Most competitive players will sacrifice graphics for more frames. This the first time consoles can do up to 120fps and I'm loving it on Cold War. It's almost like I'm cheating.

120fps is expensive so the results shouldn't be a surprise. Most competitive gamers already knew this though.
