White Lady cocktail recipe
Believed to be created by Harry Craddock at London's Savoy Hotel bar and also published in The Savoy Cocktail Book in 1930.

- 2 oz / 60 ml gin
- 0.75 oz / 22.5 ml Cointreau
- 0.75 oz / 22.5 ml lemon juice
- 0.25 oz / 7.5 ml simple syrup
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml egg white
- Garnish: lemon twist

Fan of your work, just a question:

I see 2oz gin in this but many other places I see 1.5oz. Was this an intentional choice or an error?

Made one just now following your recipe, used Roku gin and found it a bit too strong, needs a bit balancing, bit less gin and just a bit more simple syrup perhaps
