Hi, I am a US Citizen, my wife was granted an IR1 Lawful Permanent Residency (LPR) and a Social Security number on 5/19/1997, and lived in the USA with me until 3/17/1999 and she had not returned to the USA since that date. Her Resident Alien Card expiry date is 06/10/2007. My QUESTION is; if her LPR status still active or not, and if I should file Form I-90 or Form I-130 all over again.

Hi Sir, my mom unfortunately failed the naturalization interview recently and will try again after 60-90 days but her green card will expire in the next two months. Is it possible to apply for green card renewal while there is a pending us citizenship application?

I filled out my green card renewal in 08/21/2021, 17 months ago, and now they say the processing time is 20 months, this is horrible

It is ashame you do everything required and ut rakes years to get conditions removed. Unless you can pay additional $2500 abd get you application approved in 45 days. Money talks god bless america

Hi, can I travel abroad before my green card expire ? If so can I come back to the US after my green card has expired with the renewal application receipt ? The receipt extends the validity for 2 years so when I enter the information online, for example to check in online to an airline to get back to the US, do I need to enter the original expiration date or should I add 2 years to the date ? It is a shame that people have to wait that long to get their Green Card renewed. Whenever people go to get public services, while they waiting for such document usually the denial of the service becomes a disgraceful emotion and disrespectful respond from personnel offering such service as guaranteed by legal contract. The tension is usually painful and truly such act lacks the status of equal protection under the law. The feeling is really degrading and abandoning to the people in the Green waiting process. Truly, you can't drink your tears nor bite your fingers. But at least these people are not criminals.
