I disagree completely with the dualsense charging station take, it literally changed the way i play, i used to worry about charging my headset and my controller and when they’re both low on battery I have to jiggle between charging this and that, and also it’s so convenient having your controllers full at all times, it’s one of those things that you’ve never known that you needed it until you’ve used it.

I disagree with the charger, I used to leave all my controllers where ever I wanted, but after I got it I always place my controller back in the charger dock to get it fully charged for next time (and i’ll easily find it again).

I agree with everything except for the charging dock for the dual sense. for me, it is very useful and gives that feeling of order in my gaming area

I love the charging dock. Atleast with my late ps4 controller the charging port would always break without fail. But the under charge never failed me.
Plus it’s convenient and very nice to plop the ps5 controller and forget.

very good list, although I'll still probably buy a charging station simply because it looks more organised and clean that way, not because of the charging benefits, just looks nicer in my opinion

I think the charging dock is actually pretty useful, yo can stop playing and just connect de control without any thought at all. Also it gives a sense of order and tidiness.

I think everything else in this list is completely validated, but I feel like the charging stand has more appeal than you’re taking.
It’s really helpful for me because it’s a place that I’d put my controller after I’m done gaming instead of leaving it on the couch or something like that. It’s also nice because actually plugging in a charger to the console AND the controller is sometimes a bit annoying, and it’s extra cables. I see the charging stand as a way to lose those cables and have a place to put my controller. Plus, it looks nice and puts your controller on display.

I like the charging dock but I can see where you're coming from. For me it's about cable management, the less cables I have to worry about the better, plus I picked mine up on sale for $20 bucks.

The #1 reason I bought the charging dock was for peace of mind that the USB ports on the controller will not receive heavy wear and tear. Charging it so many times and plugging/unplugging the cables on it for years does weigh on the ports.

Actually, I have bought a fan accessory for my ps5, it's actually the same exact one you showed that had the three little fans in the back with the blue light. I've had for maybe about 6 months now and I'll actually say, it works. Before I got one, my ps5 would definitely get hot on the sides. After getting that accessory, it never gets hot. So I would say that cooling fan does work, at least for me

The charging dock is a must have.
I have two. The cable from the front one goes neatly under the back one, no wires on show, so I have 4 controllers in a neat row taking up the minimum amount of space. You can see them charging across the room and they free up the usb ports on the PS5.
Also, plugging and unplugging controllers with loose wires is untidy and will create wear on the controllers ports, which are proven to be quite fragile.

All to their own, but I love my set up of 4 on charge and one loose so my large family always have controllers ready to go

I like how a lot of people likes the controller charging dock. I also like that dock. I have two controllers so it helps me with charging them and not worry about having two chargers at a time. It also saves up space on the UPS plugs

Strongly disagree on #1. Not only does it charge your controllers, it is also a place to dock them while they're not in use. It's a bit of a luxury, I know, but a price I'm willing to pay to not be attached to my console while I'm playing. Plus the headset is already using my USB slot. At its relative low price, it's hardly considered a waste of money. I have 4 controllers and recently bought a second charging station and I've been really happy since. All my controllers are always charged and docked neatly beside my PlayStation 5.

I feel like I'm the only one here who doesn't regret buying the PS5 Camera. I bought it specifically for the purpose of live streaming games on PS5 (which I have done relatively often), and I'd say it lives up to its intended purpose for the most part.

The charging station is a definite must for me in my honest opinion. Especially having four controllers (don't judge me). And as for cooling, I swapped my 5 cover plates with a dbrand cover for extra breathing.

The charging dock is actually pretty decent to have but I can also say you can totally charge your controllers without it. You can even use a power bank while you're gaming

I actually like the charging station. I dont like having cables dangling about. But I do agree with the remote control, it isnt needed at all and I dont even know where I left it lol
