I landed my first data job (partly) due to datacamp. That being said I don't think "not having to download the software" is one of their key strengths. You will have to download said software "anyway" in order to function in a work environment and making that transition can be something of a pain.

The key strength with datacamp is you getting to do lots of coding I think, on a level that forces you to think/improvise. Udemy had a heavier focus on lecture and easier exercises that didn't quite stick in the same way.

In improving the current Data Camp, it is necessary to be careful to list and link courses to learn the necessary skills before starting each track, before starting the course, and during the course. Additionally, for parts of the course that require coding, ample opportunities for step-by-step coding practice are needed just like codecademy, and after-school coding lessons should be provided for the course in progress. I feel like I am too clueless when it comes to coding

I wasn't sure where else to comment on this, but I wanted to share some feedback about the ad featuring a lady rhetorically asking, "who doesn't want more money?" and then answering herself with "monks." I find this reference unnecessary and biased, making the ad poorly directed and poorly focused.

"You don't even need to download Python to learn"....that's the problem...If you learn in an easy way...you'll forget easily. There is a big problem in interactive environments.
