how to know if the scores are assumed as good condition and bad condition for the cpu?

Interesting. But I guess the CPU index is not so good indicator of CPU speed. Because absolute performance marks are differs much from those CPU index marks. For example, mine Uniproc CPU SHA1 Hash 532.31 MB/s and yours is only 745, close right? But... CPU AES256 Encryption 3149.64 MB/s is 5x worse than yours 15000! And the index says 9 almost everywhere.
