Anybody who’s been doing power for awhile. You notice right away that each of the cover of his videos is the most important freeze for that powermove. When you wake up in the morning, before work, going out....get into the freeze for a couple sets and hold 15s+ You adjust very quick. You could take a nap in that freeze now if you wanted to. It’s a part of you. It feels natural, like doing a simple push up. This allows you to focus on other “mynute” details while in the powermove. Very efficient way of learning from my experience. Also, get in to the second round with no momentum is a very fast way to adapt and understand.

First step is to build up strength and flexibility. This can be done over time if you don’t already have it by practicing this move. Although the process is a lot faster if you focus solely on your physical ability first. Something I always wished my dance teachers told me.
