I've been struggling with the flares for years,
but I noticed where you placed your hand which is at the top of the triangle 🔺️. I must have been placing my hard slightly left off the top of the triangle but placing it at the top has improved it by 40%.thus adding way more power to my swing.
now I can progress much faster figuring my power point.
placing my head at the top of the triangle while swinging my hips all the way to the front has given me more lift.

Great tutorial. This is one powermove i have struggled with forever. I even gave up at one time. Power has been a weakness of mine. I am a footwork head. Do you think it's too late for a 38 yr old to continue pushing power?
