Everyone loves capitalism until it affects their own pockets. Capping nurse pay is ludicrous. We take on all the work, while the people at the top make egregious bonuses. It's time to start paying nurses what they are worth. If you think there is a shortage now, just wait until you cap nurses pay across the board.

They should put pay caps on these administrators who make millions a year. They should put caps on these drug companies who make billions a year, and then medications and treatment will be more accessible to patients.

With a pandemic going on in which many nurses lost their lives I would say a pay cap would not be wise at this point. I follow many youtubers who are nurses and many of the young ones are leaving bedside nursing. I just saw on CNN there is a worldwide nursing shortage. Good luck with capping the pay at this point.

Nurses should just band together and walk out for one week all nurses don’t go to work for one week and they will make more than the average at this time .

It's absolutely disgusting that they don't have pay caps they are needed asap and should have been in place from the get go why would anyone want to work a regular nursing job when they can make 8000 a week traveling and now these greedy nurses who tasted it threaten to strike if they do put caps I think any nurse willing to strike should have their licenses revoked and never be able to nurse again because they say that the reason they nurse in the first place to help people what a big lie it's always about the money the devil comes our in these people money will always warp most peoples intentions
