I totally agree with you! The administration at the top needs to be capped, not the nurses! I'm a non practicing nurse of 29 years. Yes, the work conditions are horrific. And the charting is overwhelming, unnecessary.

even though cali has nurse to patients ratios, there are hospitals in cali without CNA, unit clerk and transporter; nurses do it all.

I’m at a place that has CNAs and HUCs. The charge nurses are very helpful too. This is a rare place!
