New Champion Quest - HWEI vs JHIN

Testing new champion quest between Hwei and Jhin.

Oh, Jhin's thing is 4 and Hwei's thing is 3. 3*4=12, you get this quest at level 12

Interesting description for the Jhin buff. It really accentuates their 3 vs 4 dynamic with how Jhin has harmed Hwei in three "acts" - killing 4 Masters, destroying 4 paintings and blowing up 4 floors of the Koyehn tower. The buff has this implication that this is a battle of finality, either Hwei cements those 3 events into history, a piece of Jhin's art forever unfinished or Jhin complete his art of 4 with Hwei's death as the final act.

I love the debuff aspect of it telling you that you can never be complete now that you failed

I still remember the thresh senna quest, where either one would steal 100% of the other's souls if they won. That was so broken, especially since it happened at a point in the game where you usually had more than a hundred souls

i wish Hwei's corpse leave a non-despawnable flower at least one time when Jhin finishes him off and complete the quest, same goes with Hwei killing Jhin.

They should add one where you need to kill teemo on repeat at spawn the entire game

I feel like Hwei will have a much harder time completing this because his ult is one big hit and Jhin's is three small ones and a larger one, but maybe there's a little bit of a grace period where ult damage plus other hits killing him will count.

Notice how Hwei gets 3.33% magic pen because he stopped Jhin from completing his fourth act

We need more little interactions like this to actually make champions feel connected and not just random "you use a big weapon? i use a big weapon aswell" stuff, like there are so many possible ideas for that
- Viktor and Jayce (March Of Progress/Tomorrow)
- MF and GP (Pirate Queens/Reaver Kings Revenge)
- Pyke against MF or GP (Another Name Of The List/Cheat Me Once...)
- Jinx, Cait and Vi (that whole triangle could have like 7 total things together)
- Garen and Darius (Felled The Hand/Broken The Might)
- Kayn against Darkins or Zed (Kayns Rebellion/Rhaasts Feast)
- Jinx and Vi against Ekko and Zeri (Firelights caught/Sisters dodged)
- Zoe and Lux with Ezreal teaming with one of them (Ezreal Impressed/Defended)
- Gwen and Shaco (Cut Their Strings/Puppet Stays Puppet...look I know this one is an absolute stretch but COME ON RIOT...GIVE SHACO SOMETHING, GIVE HIM ACTUAL LORE, MAKE HIM LIKE VLADIMIRS OR VIEGOS OLD PUPPET WHEN HE WAS A CHILD FOR ALL I CARE BUT GIVE THE CLOWN SOMETHING TO WORK WITH)

Kinda funny that quest unlocks at lvl 12, since 12 is divisible by both 3 and 4, resulting in 4 and 3 respectively.
Also, Jhin's "loser" icon is such a meme lol
