In case you didn't read the comic. All of this can be seen by everyone. Jhin creates an illusion whenever he shoots/kills someone, where their deaths become art or something. When someone touches the corpse however, the illusion fades.

Just to reiterate, that in the Zed comic, Jhin uses illusory magic to make it look the way he sees it, so in reality like 0:20 she's on fire, 0:36 that poor man's face was blown off, 0:40 she's slowly suffocating from a toxin from a breed of butterfly and 0:58, his body is just a mangled mess being strung up. You're welcome on complementing on gored bodies from a serial killer.

I just realized that the entire video is of killings being seen as an art in his eyes as the camera zooms out of his eye. The music stops completely when you come out the eye as he stands silent with pleasure in the dark while in his head he sees beauty.
