Day 7 and we are back to strengthening the core but this time all with toning exercises. There are no planks required today but that doesn't mean you won't feel it!

Really good. I struggled but I’m sure with practice. I’ve let my abs go to pot. It’s amazing how quickly you lose strength in the abs. Thank you. I’m loving these shorts. X

First time for this workout...even for such a quick session i felt this ...but my abs are nicely nestled somewhere out of reach so they need a shake up 😂Loved the sitting bounce but my arms didn't share the joy 😂😂Great as usual. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
