Day 1 and we are going back to basics to ease you in. Put your flare into it, push down through the rebounder and work as hard as you can for the limited amount of time we are here for.
We have 4 exercises, performing each one for 1 min and 15 secs.

As with all of our workouts, take it at your own pace and have a rest or water breaks where you feel it’s necessary. If you have any injuries, medical conditions or you are not used to physical activities, please consult your doctor before taking part in any exercise.

That was exhilirating, Claire ! Thank you so much , LOVED it, and at last, now I've got a decent set of bluetooth earphones, so no more cord bother, no more earphones slipping off with these energetic movements ! I can now hear you, clear as a bell, so perfect . I look forward to Day 2 tomorrow . This series is perfect for me bc 5 mins is manageable and after 30 days, I'm sure I'll be able to join your latest series which last for about 15 mins . Like Nickie Martin, I have been watching and absorbing, and admiring the tenacity of this woman. What a wonder she is. I am at cottage 5 hours away from rebounder, will return to Toronto this afternoon. I will begin today. 5 minutes is a magnificent intro.

Loved this…… short burst approach works for me. Am very overweight, and very unfit, but just about keeping up. If there’s a move I can’t do, I just keep moving in my own way in time to the music until next movement. Brilliant…Thank you

I really needed this kickstart, thank you so much for motivating me to do this. I’ve not done anything for a few months now - no reason other than being a mum and putting everyone and everything other than myself first. Should have made time, should have got up a bit earlier, should have done a lot of things - but just didn’t. Last year I found you after spending good money on a bungee rebounder and enjoyed getting stronger and fitter with the help of your workouts. So thankfully here I am again after you enticed me with a mere 5 min workout. You succeeded! Enjoyed it and now about to start Day 2. Hoping my mindset will continue throughout the month and these 5 minute workouts will get me over my mental slump. Thank you again. Xxx

I did this workout as a topper to my 25 minute workout and it was perfect--kept my heart rate up and gave me a good sweat with no rest. Believe me when I say it's not as easy as you might think.
