Rev Racing Are Driving For Diversity In NASCAR | Mobil 1 The Grid

NASCAR is the biggest motorsport in the USA and while the Next Gen cars are making the technology more relevant, NASCAR is also making sure that the sport is open for all.

Rajah Caruth is racing in the ARCA Menard Series as well as some Xfinity races this season. In ARCA he’s running with Rev Racing, set up by Max Siegel who previously worked with Dale Earnhardt Jr and NASCAR before taking on their Drive for Diversity program.

Caruth is just one of dozens of racers, as well as pit crew members, given an opportunity by Rev Racing. College athletes have been trained up to go over the wall and some are now working at Cup level, while on the driving side former alumni include reigning Cup Series Champion Kyle Larson, who has a Japanese-American background, Mexican ace Daniel Suarez and African-American Bubba Wallace.
