America's legistration is flawed by default and malfeasance on the technology and science of it I believe that all mechanical components should have identification trackers on all mobile devices, drones and bicycles using lithium batteries that can make them more identifiable to the system for safety purposes, but! this is so America 😢😢

I'm curious, what is usual drone activity? There should not be a drone within city limits. They should never be allowed to follow anyone, especially evening/early morning drivers. What are they useful for? Nothing!! Nor should drones be allowed in/over, or to hover over anyone's private property? In cases of harassment they should be taken down immediately, the operator charged and privilege removed. It would be less costly to just ban them. Seriously!!!
