The NDAA passed the House earlier this week, but will the provision to restrict gender-affirming care for military dependents under the age of 18 have an impact on its path through the Senate? Majority leader Chuck Schumer says he's bringing a social security reform bill to the floor for a vote, Senators Manchin and Sinema vote to block Biden's appointee to the National Labor Relations Board, Tulsi Gabbard continues to struggle on Capitol Hill, while Pete Hegseth appears to make a comeback. And a new AP NORC poll shows only 3 in 10 Americans are confident in Trump's cabinet picks.

NewsNation's Joe Khalil has the latest on the mysterious drones flying over New Jersey. Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal says they should be taken out if they're flying near military bases or airports... while the White House and Pentagon say the unidentified drones don't pose a National security risk.

It’s insane that wanting to talk to our adversaries so war can be avoided is labeled “sympathy to our enemies.”

Weird, when Trump put the border security and immigration crisis front and center, I didn't see anyone asking him if he considered the ramifications of the most important election issue for voters. Voters DGAF about the economic impact of their wages not being depressed anymore.
