Not really.. some food are eaten with hands like Sandwichs (fricassé), brik... stews (except soup) and Shakshouka are eaten with bread and all other food are eaten with spoons/forks/knives.

The most popular breakfast in Tunisia actually is baguette and milk/coffee. Some dip it in olive oil, other eat it with Tunisia favorit jam (quince jam)
