wow! It's really big! It is delicious when boiled in soup. You can make it as a standalone dish or add it to “bibimbap.” Because they are cooked and eaten, they cannot grow large and are sometimes grown on purpose. There are even separate people harvesting.😊

Should leave them alone because they're good for our environment and what not. I believe it takes in more carbon dioxide than trees and probably lets out more oxygen.
