NHS Healthcare Assistant Job offer Withdrawn - Salary low for TIER2 Visa

I was looking at NHS Apprenticeships. NHS Doctor Apprenticeship is paid low, NHS Nursing Apprenticeship is paid low. The Nhs is also trying to do low paid apprenticeships at whittington hospital.for Radiologists

I've had couple of interview invitations, only for me to be told that the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship despite it being indicated on their website. I think that it might be easier to aim for carehomes instead.

I went through the same thing. I got shortlisted for an interview and the next day, I got an email stating that the role was not eligible for sponsorship.

I had to go back to the application and saw that the salary was not up to the required minimum wage and it was also a part-time job. It was really heartbreaking

This ordeal happened to me to in May. I did an interview with NHS, I will not disclose the Trust. I did the interview and passed. They wrote back and congratulated me on being appointed for the role of HCA

2 days later I received an email saying they cannot sponsor me. The rest is History 😭 I HATED NHS jobs from then
