To any Ukrainian who reads this just know that we are with you. My heart breaks for you and your country but I am in awe of your spirit and strength. Every single Ukrainian is a soldier and hero in their own way, whether it's fighting on the front line or simply choosing to continue your daily lives. We stand with you, every step of the way and for however long it takes. Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦

So glad everything was splendid from the time we had together in Warsaw and Krakow to your research studies in Lviv and Kyiv! :)

I am Ukrainian. I haven’t been in Ukraine since March 4th and in 2 weeks I am finally coming home. I just miss my home and my family more than I fear war. Thanks for showing our life and supporting Ukraine. It means a lot to us.

I taught English in Ukraine about 10 years ago. Love these people and this country deeply. This brought tears to my eyes but I appreciated seeing this footage. God bless.

Beautiful episode. I am Moroccan and I live in the Netherlands since I was 7. This was very eye opening and inspiring. I truly want to visit Ukraine now because what I saw, was resilience and people that are one of a kind. Sending all Ukrainians love and strength. I’m praying for you. ❤

This was the best thing I've seen in weeks. As a Ukrainian currently living abroad I couldn't hold back tears watching my homeland filmed by my favourite youtuber during these tragic times. I was there in many places shown in the video just over a year ago, but it feels like it was in a different lifetime 😥. The football at the entrance to Irpin, the bridge over Dnipro, the streets and underground coffeeshops in Lviv... Thank you Barbs ❤

I'm half Ukrainian half Chinese and I identify myself as both. My eyes literally filled with tears when my adorable people get the interview... I love you all so much and I am literally so proud of my people and my Бог буде з моєю героїчною батьківщиною.(I'm sorry if this is a bit of a misnomer, I left Ukraine when I was in primary school so I don't speak Ukrainian very well, but I've been learning it more recently.)Слава Україні!💙💛

It’s seriously embarrassing how Ukraine still looks nicer than my home country after being invaded…

I haven't cried in more than 5 years, this video made me actually cry. I was living for 4 years in Kyiv until we had to leave after the war began, I never really wanted to leave, my mom made me. Best city I ever lived in, best people I ever met in my life, and I will finish my life in Ukraine, I know it for a fact. That country is as much of a home as my original country.

Love you from the bottom of my soul and heart dear Ukrainains, much love from an Algerian.
Slava Ukraini.

I’m Australian here now in Kyiv visiting. Besides the air raid alarm sirens it looks normal. Even during the sirens people still walk the streets and continue about there day. Bars, restaurants, malls etc are still open. Curfew 11-5

I moved to the US 15 years ago, my wife and I are both Ukrainian. We used to go visit our friends and family in Ukraine almost every year. Now I watch videos of familiar streets in a dark, funerals, destroyed houses, I just can’t keep my eyes dry. Ukraine is a great country with great people, they don’t deserve all this. No one does.

Beautiful episode, Paul! My heart goes out to all Ukrainians. I admire and respect their resolve, hardiness, candor, and fortitude. As an American, I can only imagine what it would be like to have a war in our backyard, yet Ukrainians continue on and keep fighting. Much love from Texas!

Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦 🇺🇸
