instant relief. I’m tired of trying to suppress my happiness & privilege to somehow feel more noble. THANK YOU 💗

I am from Argentina and everytime I see homeless people, I may be having a great day and move on, but most days, it affects me directly and a lot. And I cant help it, and its exhausting because its not my fault but I feel like it is subconsciously. Thank you or this video, not much people talk about this. Also, you have a nice and warm energy

thank you for this video - the point on gratitude is so good. It is not taking things for granted, which I think stops us being entitled and forgetting about others, whilst still not forgetting about ourselves

Well-spoken, I have given small donations to a person who is less fortunate than me, repeatedly in the past, but I eventually stopped because I later realized that person was getting comfortable and a bit entitled. I sometimes feel insecure that any success I achieve will always be a byproduct of my inherent privilege but in actual reality, it feels overwhelming and exhausting to continuously try to help everyone.

I am born in Ukraine Israeli and this sis - I TOTALLY agree with you. We are free to do what feels right in our body in situation we are in. Its better to trade guilt for gratitude as it also gives energy and creativity that loving heart will inevitably turn into some beautiful contribution to the collective. Besides this kind of guilt trip is very much ages old Russian propaganda and is rooted in martyr-type of thinking where everyone is indoctrinated to essentially not go with our souls desires and needs (by putting others first). So yes, yes and yes to your message 🤗❤️🫶

Plus I came from slight middle to middle-upper class background but that doesn't mean I could live lavishly all the time.
