How to Open Documents Folder in Windows 11

The Documents folder in Windows operating system is one of the important folders designed to let users save essential documents. The documents folder is created automatically when you create a user account. The documents folder is located in the user profiles folder. I don't understand why accessing the Document folder has to be so complicated?! Why we have to take multiple steps to access the most commonly used folder?
Why does MS doe this? every time they have something that is working ok, properly they have to ruin it. The only reason I purchased a new windows pc (as oppose to a Mac) was for the File explorer functionality. And now it is not there. If I wanted to try something new I would have gotten a different operation system and interface. This is a huge loss for MS to lose its core competency and customers.

The only documents folder under users is my one drive folder. under this p.c., its showing no documents folder. How do I get a documents folder for just this p.c., so it doesnt sync to the cloud? there is nothing in the users folder that has my pc user name on it, just the one drive with my email as my username
