Let's just hope this PBE exploit gets fixed before being shipped to the live servers. It 100% will, there is no chance an exploit like this could ever be shipped to the live servers, right?

So some people are playing Swarm champions on Summoner's Rift on PBE. How? They are using external software with custom API call feature - that's how they pick what technically isn't pickable.
