This is an excellent presentation. I think it would have been good to point out early in the video that killing cancer cells is something that T cells can (and do) perform normally, but to become a 'successful' cancer cell (= many) the cancer develops ways to avoid getting killed. The CAR bypasses the cancer avoidance of T cell killing to restore their ability to see and destroy the cancer.
