As a player with 2k hours in the game I can relate to this, I am very shit at the game.

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Hiko was already dead.

Try not to flick, tf2 is an odd game where high sensitivity isn’t all that beneficial most the time, just having your crosshairs at the height of heads and letting them walk into them makes a world of difference. Especially if it’s a low mobility class.

This is literally me playing as spy with ambassador. I cant fucking aim with it even after 3k hours

so you want to play the hit game Team Fortress 2?
well, here's how you will play and you'll stll be playing this way 3k hours later
Heavy - your tracking is horrible, and your internet is bad
engineer - you will turtle somewhere just to get your stuff destroyed by a spy or rocket spam
Sniper - your positioning is horrible, and your slow aim makes you a fodder
Scout - you know how to jump and dodge but your shots hit more the floor than any enemy
Demoman - you rely on the AOE because you can't hit a singular pipe outside of lucky clutches
Spy - you use the cloak and dagger
Medic - you buttom mash WASD and still die
Soldier - you spam rockets from far away to charge your buff banner just to die with it fully charged
Pyro - Pyro

All I can recommend is to wait for clear accuracy (because there's accuracy fall off if you're shooting without waiting for the right moment). Also, that Solider was distracted by your teammates + he was on low health while you was overhealed, means what you just can poke him with a knife and even if he's got a random crit, you was about to win this fight.(sorry for my English)

Well, the revolvers' default aiming crosshair is probably the worst crosshair in the game.

I'm accurate enough to hit them enough times to not kill them and die in the process.

This is basically me on tf2 but th difference in this video is that he at least could lock his aim on the Soldier.
