I would suggest you include CPU Temperature instead of GPU Temperature when you are doing a CPU comparison, especially if the TDP between them is different.

Could it be you mixed them up? Results don't make much sense.
AFAIK the 5700x is supposed to be the one being a bit slower but also consuming less power and therefore creating less heat. So the exact opposite of what your video is showing ;-)
