Yesterday I asked a stranger about something and we ended up having a completely normal conversation without a hint of awkwardness. I honestly don't even know how I decided to 1. Ask him a question, and 2. Not chicken out of the conversation after asking him. I wished him good luck on his endeavors and it made my whole day. I usually start to panic just thinking about talking to someone, it was such a cool experience.

Jeffrey, yesterday I had an interview in college for a club and I messed it up and stuff so I just vented about it to a nearby shopkeeper, and it really helped like talking about things and letting stuff out of your chest helps sometimes.

I think the good thing about being paranoid and having anxiety since a young child is I don't take to much for granted, because my mind constantly reminds me of just how easily it can be taken away. Now clearly there are plenty of things I take for granted. Like being able to choose my own clothes.
