i would have expected that the last wish of the last guy would be to swap each of his previous wishes with all of the wishes the other two made respectively. so that each of the previous guys would have a rotating arm and he would gain everything.

I like the version with the bear and the rabbit more.
For those who don't know;

A bear is chasing a rabbit in the woods, a fairy stops them, and says, "stop fighting and I will grand you each 3 wishes.
The bear goes "I wish all the other bears in the forest are female" "wish granted!"
the rabbit says, "I wish for a motorcycle helmet." "wish granted!"
The bears second wish? "I wish all bears in the country are female" "wish granted!"
The rabbit's 2nd wish "I wish for a motorcycle" "wish granted!"
The bears last wish "I wish for all the bears in the entire world to be female" "wish granted!"
The fairy looks at the rabbit who is now sitting on his motorcycle with his helmet on, starts the motorcycle and says"I wish for that bear to be gay" and drives off... .
