chef i cooked it 40 min on 160c, still came out wet from middle don’t know what went wrong.

very yummy but is it meant to be custardy inside I put 3 table spoons of custard powder and the batter was nice and thick great recipe.

The cake is dense, may be bit of baking soda will help it. Also the water from the apples will make the cake soggy later and its best to use apple sauce.
