How to Repeat specific rows or column on every printed page in excel

This video shows how to make a top row of the excel sheet repeated in every page while printing
Click the page setup
then click "Page Layout" tab
click the "Print Titles" option.
With the "Sheet" tab selected, next to "Rows to repeat at top," click the icon that looks like a spreadsheet.
Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page.
Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].
