Hi father.. can we (laity) also baptize others (The the form of words and sign of the Cross with holy water) in case of emergency (covid victim who is a protestant) who have the desire to be baptized in catholicism? Would it be a valid baptism just in case the same person pass away? Thank you

In all love and respect, Catholics have a different gospel. In fact, the Apostle Paul said that if anyone preaches a different gospel, they should be accursed. I will provide one example:
Romans 10.13: "Whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved." Sadly, some Catholics have argued against this Bible verse. They are fighting God.
Catholics: Whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord shall NOT be saved (e.g. baptism is necessary for salvation). Christ died on a Cross so that, just by asking, we may know Him! You can always tell the phonies as they will say, "You have to be with us!" Yet, Jesus said, "Ask and you shall receive." Ask!
You cannot say I did not warn you! Unless you obey the Lord rather than the false doctrines of people, you will not make it to heaven. Do not take my word for it. Pick up that Catholic-endorsed Bible of yours, read, then follow! If read the Bible and obey it, you will not be able to obey the Catholic church as they are opposed to each other. Again, read the Bible! Know that Christ never said you had to be with anyone except God to be saved! Jesus Christ is the light of the world.

Yes, sacraments are a sign that your unsaved and trusting in your good deeds to get you to Heaven. Why not throw that Religious garbage away and receive God's free gift of salvation by faith in Christ alone? He paid your sin debt and will save all who call upon Him instantly! John 10:28 "And I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." Or how about this one? Romans 10:13 "For whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Sacraments are from satan, who lies in telling us that God's Grace through faith is not enough. God's grace is too enough!!!! And works should not be added to that!!!
⬇️
Ephesians 2:8
"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is NOT YOUR OWN DOING; it is the gift of God, NOT A RESULT OF WORKS, so that no one may boast."
