Hello teacher. Thanks so much for you information but i'm stuck with the point open Quickbooks from client's PC: it show that the quickbooks software on my computer is unable to communicate with PC server. Could you please show me the solution, please?

I would strongly recommend putting your QuickBooks backup file on a different drive. If the primary drive (C) dies, you have no backup.

Does the server need to be logged into the Quickbooks? or, can it be closed for the other clients to access quickbooks company file? What's not clear is what state the quickbooks server need to be at.

I setup qb desktop and share company files to station but when i try to open the company file over workstation the error appears “ QB cannot communicate with the company file”
Please help me with this.
