Maxick, Otto Arco, Bobby Pandour, Sig Klein, Reg Park, Jack Lalanne, John Grimek, Marvin Eder, Charles Atlas, Bert Assiriati etc. all religiously implemented them into workouts 💪🏻

Need to focus more on these myself

During the covid time all I did was this for shoulders, when covid hit I was hitting 65 for sets of 7-10.
Did these for a year. Went back to the gym. And was repping 80kg for 10

Hey Alex I've been doing these grease the groove style, I was doing just singles and now I'm strong enough for doubles, shall I focus on reps or increasing the deficit and drop down to singles with an increased deficit, thanks!

try using kettlebelts instead of the boxed it will give you a better grip i tried it wish push ups and im drowling to do it again i swear the depth you could get with it was amazing and it just fits so good in your hands too.

I think that balance is an underrated factor for hypertrophy, balance will literally force you to have mind muscle connection and do strict reps

im around 65kg so quite lightweight still, but i can do those reps with stop at the bottom. The problem for me is that I think my body is not very used yet so I really get higher blood pressure in my head, sometimes red eyes.
