When Coach Nicole was doing those squats and said if you want to go harder then add a jump, I jumped and I punched my fan so one of the panels flew across my room and now I have a blood blister on my finger from where it hit. But other than that, I love this video!

I've started Blogilates a couple times in the past and for some reason was never able to motivate myself to keep going. This month I really pushed myself and decided that no matter what I was going to keep up with the calendar every day and I kept with it! I finished JanYOUary (and the 30 day ab challenge) without skipping a single day and I can definitely see and feel a huge difference in my body. Thank you so much Cassey, you are such an inspiration! Also, I pre-ordered your book, which I never do unless I really believe in something :)

CASSEY!!!! I just want you to know that I REALLY enjoy having a mile to do for four days a week! It really motivates me to get more cardio and increase my stamina while running!! PLEASE do it for the January calendar!!

I moved into my new apartment and no longer have a babysitter, so when I was jogging across my apartment I didn't realize my neighbors would notice. I only got about 17 minutes before they started knocking on my door. It was barely 6pm, but as I try to be a respectful neighbor, I adhered. This is just what I needed to supplement the rest of my cardio!

Day 18 DONE!!!! I love this warmup.. I am getting so much stronger that I can now do the mountain climbers without falling over, now if my feet would just stop slipping on my floor.
