How to solve roblox freezing or crashing issue :

1.One of my subscriber ask to me,why does it shows this kind of message and what is the meaning of this issue?.

2.And some time this is occurs while try to login your roblox account or while using the redeem code.

3.So anyway very simple method to fix this error is,just open your windows run.

4.And then execute that i mentioned command.

5.Now it shows some folders,here you can locate "Roblox" folder and simply click to delete it.

6.So once you done this processes and one time restart your windows pc.

7.After the restarting is completed,and one more time you can try to download and install the roblox app.

8.So i hope if you follow this simple steps,finally this problem is solved in permanently.
