My crashing seems completely random. None of these work for me. It's really frustrating when lower end devices have less crashing issues than my PC.

(edit: I believe I fixed this by turning on compatibility mode for Windows 8)

Yo I run a 15.6” Victus Gaming Laptop NVIDIA RTX 2050 and it’s brand new; all it’s drivers are updated but Whenever I play a game like Michael zombies, it freezes for a whole minute then pops up the message
“Please check your internet connection and try again”

I’ve tried these methods and it doesn’t help. It can’t be my computer because I can run high end steam games smoothly. It’s definitely Roblox killing itself.

i did all methods but it didnt work for me everytime i open roblox it says a unexpected error occurred and roblox needs to quit were sorry. If you can help me that will be so huge i been trying to fix this for so long and u watched tons of videos but none worked

I've been trying to fix this issue on my sister's laptop. Whenever she's playing on it the application completely gives up and freezes itself unexpectedly. If anyone has alternate solutions please reply.

Everytime i join to roblox and try to join a game then it freezes and never unfreeze so i unplug the charge and after a while when it goes to 0% charge then it turns off then i open it again gave my laptop charge and tryna join roblox again and tryna join a game it keep freezing and i dont know what to do pls tell me how can i unfreeze it please 😭😭

my entire screen freezes including my mouse my windows mouse works coz thats how i close roblox after it crashes but my roblox mouse freezes along with everything else and it only happens when i'm in the middle of a game i play for like 10-20 sometimes 30 minutes before it freezes this only recently started happen about maybe 2 weeks ago or something like that I have tried a lot of methods including yours but nothing works. Bro i have watched more than 100 videos and they all say the exact same thing. I do all the steps but it still randomly closes i cant play more then 10-20 minutes before it closes. And i play games where there's rounds like Doors or Bedwars and can never complete them because my game closes like pressing alt-f4 but i don't. Someone please help me it gets really annoying and i cant deal with it because i can be on the last level and right when im about to complete it my game closes and i get so close to punching my screen. PLEEASSE SOMEONE. It also sometimes does it and sometimes not.

when i get to my recycling bin, it still doesn't remove roblox, i click on ok but it does nothing, why?

I need help!! I tried everything even other methods but nothing seems to work. My problem is that every game that I play randomly freezes but there is no message such as the disconnection message (and my network is fine) it just freezes and I'm not able to do anything apart from closing roblox. It has only been happening for about a month I'd say and I'm so lost idk what to do. Any recommendations?

Thank you, after deleting the files in temp and emptying out my recycle bin it began working again ^.^
