So when my fingers were bleeding on the fret board, that wasn't from over practicing. It was from my weak finger tips weeping in despair. Thank you for clearing that up.

Starting your video with a false claim then following it up with good information is not a good way to share your message. Overpracticing is absolutely possible. People get injured from typing too much... Repetitive stress injuries are a thing. Cumulative fatigue is a thing. All this without mentioning damage to the skin from too much wear. Even though it's on a smaller scale, this is still exercise. It builds strength the same way any other exercise does, and comes with the same risks of overexertion.

I have tennis elbow and finger tip fire. I practice so long at a time that it actually hurts to straighten my arm. I hate Gary Moore. He did this to me.
