This channel has been my go-to for protein recipes for many years. Definitely the GOAT when it comes to "bodybuilding" recipes. The recipes are always "easy" and ingredients are accessible.

My fav cheesecake topping is greek yogurt mixed with lemon or lime juice and sweetener.

Glad to see you back! 5 years later and we still make your shredded chicken burrito bowls at least once a month for meal prep. I really dig blueberries on my cheesecake but i'm just as happy with a plain old classic slice of new york cheesecake!

Lower calorie no bake alternative:

no bake crust: oats + bit of water + 2-4tbsp any flour + apple sauce (surprisingly good, refrigerate for at least 30mins before putting the rest of top (or 10min in freezer is also fine in my experience)).

Filling: cottage cheese (i put 500g), sweetener of choice (stevia/monk fruit), 4-5 spoons of any flavoured (lemon is good) jello pudding powder. Optional: a bit of xantham gum, dash of lemon juice. Blend until smooth, put over crust and put in fridge for at least 2hrs.

Topping: Frozen blueberries + few tbsp of corn starch and optional sweetener. Heat in a pan/pot until its hot. It will become like a literal jam. Let it rest (can put in fridge) until it's cold before applying on top of the rest of the cheesecake. tada. A very huge cheesecake for less than 800cals total.

For a great low carb crust, there’s a great small company in Georgia called Mom’s Nuts. They used to be called Lolli’s Cookie Clusters. The make an incredible cookie/granola that can be used as a crust for cheesecakes.
