I went there twice, once in Tokyo and another time in Kyoto. Their food is pretty good and they even gave me one of those small stamp books - yes, if you eat like 5 food items there, you get some extra gyoza. ✌🏻

Those prices are INSANE! Especially with the dollar to yen conversion nowadays. I wish I knew about this when I was studying abroad. It would’ve helped my wallet. Also I missed Chinese food when I was there and one day I got a dimsum bento and it just was not hitting lol.

Authentic mapo tofu isn't supposed to be face melting spicy, like it's generally considered a medium heat dish specifically because it's an everyone food

Osho was our go-to when we're hanging out as a group and got famished. Particularly the one in street of front gate of University of Kansai.
That was 30 years ago, but I'm sure it's still there. Osho is is forever the goated cheap Chinese joint.

If HL3 ever does come out, it will genuinely be kind of a shame because it's one of the oldest running jokes on the internet. It has united generations. And the old jokes get funnier every year that it doesn't come out. Jokes from 10 years ago about how we're STILL waiting for HL3, it doesn't get any better than that.
