Ive lived in London all my life and you are introducing me to places I didnt even know were there. Have you considered getting in touch with the Mayor's office? You are doing great work promoting London.

Whenever I get out to London, I stop by Chilango in Islington (relatively close to the tube station Angel). Chilango is a Mexican burrito buffet. It's owned by Mexicans.... so a decent dash of authenticity is guarranteed. My favorite is grilled shrimp (prawn) burritos with a lot of their own in-house hot sauce. Have a nice day, Tomas (Prague CZ)

If you are in Victoria Park on a Sunday, there is a food market in the Park with a wide variety of food stalls. On Saturdays, it is a short walk along Regent's Canal to Broadway Market. I've been to Arepa and like it too - recommend the fried chicken.

I went to London next week, and I have to say it, I have been loving your Videos, can`t get enough of them, definitely. I really had fun, going to your top tips, from food to just walking around, just waiting for the next opportunity to explore other London's nooks and crannies. Really appreciated!

When I was there a couple of weeks ago, to my surprise I found good and inexpensive places to eat very near me (Earl's Court). Lebanese, Chinese, English, Italian, and even American fast food (which seemed to be better quality than it is in America). When I go back, I'll do some exploring for other food... assuming I can master the public transportation there.

I love you take on this, me I do burgers, pizza and greasy breakfasts. Your options look far healthier than what I normally choose.

Good watch. I will be in London the first week+ of September and I needed some new places to try. I already have two Sri Lankan places, Hoppers is one and I have been there several times, so this will make three.

I have been Vegetarian for 35 Years, and some of the food highlighted, looks so delicious. My Love of Cheese holds me back from taking the next step. I have not tasted any Vegan Cheese, that reaches the satisfaction i achieve from the Dairy types. I guess with more people being drawn to Veganism, producers will up their game at the behest of a substantial increase for plant based food. I use Quorn a lot, for Stews, Chilli`s and Spag Bol.

Everyone knows Wetherspoons is where it’s at for a cheap meal in London.

On a more serious note, I recommend E Pellicci in Bethnal Green.

Can you recommend places that are affordable but are classic English food?

I still recommend Tayyabs in Whitechapel. Just fill yourself up with starters and ignore the main course.
