I don’t know anyone who doesn’t enjoy fried chicken, and with how easy it is to make them low calorie high protein, why not meal prep them. While these are better fresh they still make for an awesome on the go meal packed with protein. With only 4 ingredients and an air fryer being needed, everyone trying to lose weight should know how to do this.
