In this video I share about why Amitabha Buddha is true from 3 different aspects:

1) Amitabha Buddha was introduced to us by Sakyamuni Buddha and this is recorded in many Mahayana Sutras, particularly the five main Mahayana Sutras which expound about Amitabha Buddha and His Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

An enlightened being such as the Buddha would not lie to us.

2) Many people have successfully gained rebirth into the Pure Land from ancient times until now, and there is a lot of evidence. People who gained rebirth into the Pure Land are very different from people who remain trapped in the cycle of reincarnation at the time of death (I will share in another video on this topic later).

3) There are many eyewitness accounts of Amitabha Buddha.

I hope this video helps some people to overcome their doubt and have deep faith in Amitabha Buddha, have deep faith in seeking rebirth into the Pure Land if one wants to exit the cycle of reincarnation and be liberated from all sufferings in life.

Thank you so much for providing this teaching. I come from a Christian background and my first contact with Buddhism has been (and still is) through the Tibetan branch. I developed faith and devotion in Arya Tārā, the enlightened savioress that carries Amitābha in her uṣṇīṣa, being her guru. So, in my informal practice, I've been drawn to, along with relying on Tārā, seeking refuge in Amitābha and developping faith in his vows, along with the wish to take birth in Sukhāvatī. I pray to Tārā, recite Avalokiteshvara's great compassion dhāraṇī and also recite Amitābha's name. As a result, I have experienced protection for me and my loved ones during this pandemic.

My gratitude from Brazil! May all beings have happiness and its causes. Namo Amitābha Buddha!

Buddha Amitabha do really exist. My mom eyewitness the Buddha more than 20 years ago, He came to my dad when he was in sick bed. Dad recovered from that strange pox until today. His transformation was tall, exactly described in text, blue spiral hair, in red robe, golden-red skin and the light filled up the whole place until she couldn't entirely open her eyes. fyi, she hasn't even understood much Buddhism that time.

Since a kid i'v many times(others too i suppose!) come across the name Amitabha & Amituofo in many chinese kung fu movies but did not know of its teachings & Western Pure Land. Only in October '21 did i start learning of its teachings and start practiceing Nianfo, 5precepts & 3 criteria of rebirth in Pure Land. I'm progressing & i truly love it and i want to share with anyone who has interest. And i also thank you for your videos which helps me a lot. I too want to reborn in Pure Land. 🙏Namo Amituofo

When you send the positive karma energy generated from sinle-minded recitation of the Amitabha Buddha name to "other" begins, people or animals, there are true miracles happening. I have experienced cancer dissolve within hours and paralysis disappear. So many miracles I cannot even rememerb them all! The same for the Medicine Buddha by the way. I have seen demons and hungry ghosts let go of people and even they rejoice before the wonderful healing powers of the Buddhas. Manjushri protects you, and Amitabha can establish infitite wisdom and compassion. When you truly cultivate Buddhas Dharma, there will Bodhisattvas enter your life to support you. Life will form around you and support you will possibilities to spread the right Dharma and ease the suffering of countless manifested beings. Be aware that YOU are not your body, not the mind-thoughts, not the emotions: You are pure observing consciousness.

Continue the path towards Bodhisattvahood and enlightenment and all the Buddhas will support you. Including Amitabha who will lead to you Pure Land when you single-mindedly ( = without thinking ) recite 10 times "Amitabha" when leaving the bodily form. To say it clear: Amitabha is real, there is no doubt about it.

Three incidents that confirmed Western Pure Land truly exist.
First, Shakyamuni Buddha spoke the Infinite Life Sutra to his audience at the Vulture Peak.
Second, Amitabha Buddha with his two special assistants Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and Mahasthamaprata Bodhisattva appeared before the audiences to enhance their faith.
Third, Infinite Buddhas in all Ten Directions praised Amitabha Buddha and Western Pure Land.
All Buddhas encourage beings to wholeheartedly seek rebirth in the land of Ultimate Bliss.

It's my personal experience, I used to hate my neighbours bcoz she always used to gossip about me and my family to others. I was really angry over her and I came to know about Lord Amitabha buddha and his chants. I chanted it during noon and went to sleep. I had dream in which my neighbour died and his body was cracked in joints. I woke up terrifyingly and was disturbed after this dream. I really felt guilty and prayed to amitabha buddha and asked for his forgiveness. From that onwards I never hated anyone.

In the 90’s Sung Sahn zen master trained students in HK. There was an older skinny man who was living in a room and listening namu amida butsu for 24/7 from a small device. Before people judging him, no one knows where he reached. He might go to Pure Land. Even thought i am from rinzai zen school, i’d love say thank you for your video. 🙏🏻

I will practice reciting 南无阿弥陀佛daily at least 10x a day and whenever I feel like reciting it to become part of my life..
